I run a small chain of retail stores with a warehouse that supports them. I run the BR200 in both the stores and the warehouse. My stores are all in malls and/or strip malls so its important to have the privacy channels enabled as some of the conversations we have via radio transmission are proprietary. I had purchased 10 of these bundles and have had an issue with 1 radio. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one same day! I highly recommend.

Great Range, Bad Clips
They work very well in our facility, but sadly they seem to be made with cheap materials because the belt clips have not lasted over a year. They were great for the first year but they have not been able to keep up with the needs of our staff and the facility in terms of their durability and quality of parts. They would be great for short term use.

Great Business Radio
I bought these about 3 weeks ago. One did have a malfunction but they sent me a replacement within days. Great customer service. The radios are made great. Very durable, great sounding, easy to use and no issue with the range. Im going to actually buy another 6 and gang charging station.
